They’re set to re-open the gallery with two very special exhibitions.
Victor Pasmore’s retrospective of his career ‘Line and Space’ features three re-discovered works found in the garage of the family home and thought to have been lost or destroyed. This much anticipated exhibition marks the re-opening of the gallery and also the chance to see the full Quentin Blake Exhibition ‘We Live in Worrying Times’ which features his own Guernica ‘The Taxi Driver’.
Our globally renowned Robot will continue to provide tours for those unable to travel to the gallery and our programme of educational outreach will be extended in the coming months to provide young people the opportunity to discover our contemporary art exhibitions wherever they may be.
Hastings Contemporary has designed a new comprehensive timetable in which visitors can pre-book tickets when attending new gallery shows, safe in the knowledge that we put their health and well-being at the top of our list of priorities, as we welcome back our friends, patrons and new audiences alike.
