Pushkin’s Charity Gala Evening – 6 October at 6pm
On Tuesday 6 October at 6pm, Pushkin’s, at 64 High Street, Tunbridge Wells, will host an exclusive Charity Gala Evening in support of the Orthodox Church in Hastings and its work in the local community.
The event will bring together art, heritage, philanthropy and community to support the Church’s campaign to secure a permanent home. The Orthodox Church in Hastings provides connection and practical support for many people through seasonal fundraising events, open garden parties and community outreach. Its doors are open to everyone, including refugees, people living alone, and those who are vulnerable or socially isolated.
A permanent home would give the organisation a secure base for its existing work and allow it to expand its programme of community initiatives over time.
Pushkin’s is delighted to welcome Sarah Fabergé as special guest speaker. Sarah Fabergé is the great-granddaughter of Peter Carl Fabergé and a founding member of the Fabergé Heritage Council. She will share her insight and experience alongside Prince Rostislav of the Romanov dynasty, great-grandson of Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna and grand-nephew of Russia’s last Emperor, Nicholas II.
Guests will also be able to bid in a charity auction featuring lots donated by Pushkin’s friends and partners.
Tickets cost £50 per person and include a champagne reception and a selection of canapés served in the gallery. Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Guests who wish to continue the evening are also invited to an exclusive Charity Dinner at The Warren Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. This private dining experience is available for an additional cost.
