Sear the Steaks
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the steaks for about 2 – 3 minutes on each side until a beautiful golden crust forms.

Add Flavourful Infusions
Reduce the heat to medium, add butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.

Tilt the skillet and spoon the infused butter over the steaks for an aromatic touch.

Oven Finish
Place the skillet in the preheated oven for about 5 – 7 minutes for medium-rare steaks. Adjust the time for your desired doneness.

Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with Love
Plate the steaks and drizzle with the herb-infused butter from the skillet.

Sprinkle a pinch of Maldon sea salt for a finishing touch.

Pair this delectable dish with your favourite red wine, candlelight, and a side of heartfelt conversation for the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner. The tender, flavourful ribeye steaks will surely make this romantic occasion one to remember. Cheers to love and delicious moments shared together!
